Talk to a person

MyStayDays is small, which means the person who reads your message is the person who can do something about it. No ticket numbers, and nothing that answers you with an article.

Write to us

Every message goes to a person, not a queue. Tell us which of these it is and we will route it properly — a data request and a security report are read by different people in a different order.

So we can reply. It is used for that and nothing else — writing to us does not create an account and does not sign you up to anything.

Please do not include a passport number or a password. We will never ask for either, and we do not need them to help you.

A quick check that you are a person. Answer in numbers or words — nothing about you is sent anywhere else to work this out.

What each one is for

My account, or the product

Questions, problems, billing, or closing an account. If a figure looks wrong, tell us who the traveller is and what you expected — we will show you the working behind what the product said.

My data — a copy, a correction or a deletion

We will not charge you and will not ask why. The privacy policy sets out the full list of what you can ask for.

A security problem

We pick these up ahead of everything else. If you have found a way to reach data that is not yours, please tell us before you tell anybody else — we will thank you properly and we will not come after you for looking.

What to expect

  • A reply within two working days, usually sooner. If it is going to take longer than that to fix, you will still hear back within two days saying so.
  • A person, not a template. If we get something wrong we will say so plainly rather than explaining why it was your fault.
  • Requests about your data answered within one month at the very outside, which is the legal limit rather than the target.

Please do not send us your passport number, or anybody else's. We will never ask for it, we do not need it to help you, and neither this form nor the email it becomes is a good place for it. The same goes for your password — nobody here will ever ask you for it.

Before you write

Two things answer most of what arrives. The common questions cover the 90/180 rule itself — whether the day you arrive counts, which countries are in the Schengen area, what happens with two passports. How it works covers what the product does with the travel you record.

If neither of them answers it, that is useful to know on its own. Tell us what you were looking for and we will fix the page.

Or just try it

One traveller is free, for as long as you want it. No card, and about two minutes to your first answer.
